Call To Action: Fight Back On Over-Regulation

kratomteaLet me preface this post by saying that it is completely unrelated to Joomla, E-commerce operating systems, or anything else related to web design. I am writing this post to tell people about a completely natural substance that the government is attempting to ban for no other reason than their friends at Big Pharma don’t like that there is another natural alternative to their highly addictive medications.

The substance in question is Kratom and you may or may not heard of it before, but today I aim to educate my readerrs, but also dispel any rumors or other misconceptions that people have about Kratom. Even the Huffington Post thinks this product is being unfairly targerted:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/paul-alexander/the-latest-target-of-regu_b_8178028.html

Kratom is what most people call the tree Mitragyna Speciosa. This is a tree indigenous to marshy areas of Southeast Asia, especially Thailand, where it is very commonly used. Traditionally, the raw leaves from this tree are chewed to gain a variety of positive effects, both physical and mental. These effects come from over 40 different natural compounds found within the plant. Kratom can be a very useful tool in your life, and here’s why.
Kratom acts as a sedative at high doses, but as a stimulant at low doses. This makes it a very versatile drug. For example, you could take a low dose in the morning to wake you up, and a higher dose in the evening to help you relax. Positive effects of kratom include a better mood, more energy, improved sexual performance, and weight loss.

Kratom behaves in the human body in a similar way to morphine, but the effects on the user and the risk of addiction is completely different. High doses of kratom may sedate you like an opiate, but it’s nowhere near as dangerous. Because of the chemical similarities between kratom and opiates, kratom is sometimes used as a method of managing opioid withdrawal symptoms. If you’re a recovering addict, you could use kratom as part of your treatment plan. Talk to your doctor for guidance regarding this. Never try to detox without medical supervision.

Be aware that if you use kratom, it also can carry side effects, including sweating, nausea, chest pain, dizziness, confusion, constipation, and more. Side effects are generally rare, but still possible. Therefore, if you’re new to kratom, use a small dose and learn how it affects you personally before moving on up to higher doses. Kratom can also lead to mild dependence and withdrawal, just like with caffeine. Withdrawal can cause short-lived irritability, runny nose, and diarrhea.

The benefits that kratom could give you outweigh the risk of side effects, which is rather small. Kratom could be a great addition to your life if you want to manage chronic pain, want an extra boost of energy, could use a mood booster, are trying to improve your sex life, want to lose weight, or are just looking for new supplements to try out.

Kratom is traditionally chewed in raw leaf form. It also comes in powder form. Kratom powder has the advantage that it’s much quicker to swallow a capsule than it is to chew an entire kratom leaf. Kratom powder will give you the active ingredients directly. Why not try taking kratom capsules in place of your regular caffeine pills?

Overall, kratom is a very useful plant that has been seeing more and more fame in recent years. Use it responsibly, and stay informed about your local laws regarding this drug. If you’re interested in trying Kratom for yourself, make sure to choose a reputable vendor such as Phytoextractum or Bikhuk.
